Diaphragmatic Breathing

Diaphragmatic Breathing (Belly Breathing)

This technique encourages deep breathing using the diaphragm, allowing the lungs to expand fully. It promotes relaxation and helps reduce tension in the body.

Nadi Shodhana

Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing)

A deeply balancing technique that harmonizes the flow of energy in the body. This practice calms the mind, improves focus, and supports overall respiratory health.

Bhastrika

Bhastrika (Bellows Breath)

A dynamic breathing method that stimulates the nervous system and increases oxygen intake. It is known to bring warmth and vitality, making it ideal for mornings or times when you need an energy boost.

Kapalabhati

Kapalabhati (Cleansing Breath)

A rhythmic, cleansing breath that detoxifies the lungs and revitalizes the body. It is particularly useful for improving focus and clearing mental fog.

Bhramari

Bhramari (Humming Bee Breath)

A soothing practice where a gentle humming sound is produced during exhalation, creating a calming vibration that helps relieve stress and anxiety.
